KPA ‘Let’s Share Abilities’ Campaign

Making an Agreement on a ‘Let’s Share Abilities’ Campaign

Korean Pharmaceutical Association (President Kim Koo) and Korea Council of Volunteering made an agreement on a ‘Let’s Share Abilities’ campaign on February 3rd and promised that they will take action in volunteer service by using abilities as health care professionals.

The Korean Pharmaceutical Association, the first participant in the campaign among health care bodies, promised to take action, such as selecting one designated pharmacy (camp) by local government, installing a collection box in the pharmacy across the country, placing campaign banners on the Korean Pharmaceutical Association and affiliating pharmaceutical associations homepages, recommending an education instructor of ‘drug abuse and methods of keeping drugs’ as requested by social welfare organizations or others, and discovering and recommending the cases of members’ volunteer service. President Kim Koo emphasized that he recognized the necessity of national volunteer service leaded by Korean Pharmaceutical Association and said that he will make an effort so that the pharmacy can positively participate in the ability-sharing campaign.
