MPS-PHARMACY SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE 2012 “PHARMACY: LEADING AND MANAGING CHANGE”
& journal of pharmacy 2012 order form

A) The Pharmacy Scientific Conference is a yearly MPS’s
Continuing Education Program for Pharmacists. This year conference was jointly
organised by Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society, Department of Pharmacy,
University of Malaya and Pharmaceutical Services Division, Ministry of Health
Malaysia on 31^st October – 02^nd November 2012 at Hotel
Istana, Kuala Lumpur.

Selected Presentations for this conference are now
available in a CD consisting of Keynote Address, Plenary Lectures & Oral
Presentations.

B) Malaysian Journal of Pharmacy is a publication of MPS.
This issue consists of the abstracts of MPS PSC Conference 2012 which held
31^st October – 02^nd November 2012 at Hotel Istana, Kuala
Lumpur.

This CD & Journal is free for MPS Ordinary,
Postgraduate, Associate Members (Subscription Paid Up Year 2012/2013), Life and
Fellow Members. But for Non-MPS Member, it will be charged RM 20/- each
item. If you would like to have a
copy of this CD / Journal, please fill in your particulars below and send back
to MPS either by post/fax/email before 30^th November
2012. Please send your email to [email protected] &
enter subject matter as “PSC – Your Name”. For example: PSC –
Adam.
